When I arrived at Packhorse Facility there was no office so I called the Tele # and was directed to go to 2054Willamsport Pike which is on the other side of Martinsburg. When I arrived there the woman told me that I had to go back to the Packhorse Rd and go 2 miles further down the road to where the office was located to obtain my required and reserved Unit. The woman gave me an address that I was able to GPS and when I arrived there I informed Tanya what had happened and she said that I was probably talking with someone at the Home Office who misled me and that this should never have happened. Ms. Shores was very polite and fully explained that this was something that should not have happened as did the Woman at the Facility at Williamsport Road Facility. I was asked to make a donation of $10 in Food Staples which I was unaware of but I was so behind my schedule that I told her I would donate at a different time but I was not familiar with the area and being I had other appointments to make did not have the time to do so. I received the Unit that I requested and paid two months and will probably be staying longer once I find my new location.
