I just rented a 10x15 unit. I have not measured it, but I think the dimensions are nominal (i.e., less than the specified size). Regardless, it was able to handle what I needed to put in it. The unit was brand new and the price was definitely right (40% of what I was going to be paying at my old unit of the same size).

There is a gate securing the entire area and padlocks on every unit. I felt that this area is very secure and best in the area for the prices they are asking.

I was able to reserve my storage unit a week in advance with no money down through Self Storage which was great because it eliminated that rushing around at the last moment worrying about what I would do if I could not find a unit feeling. The company doesn’t charge a deposit which is also a perk. I was able to complete my contract over the phone as well as make my initial first payment in 10 minutes or less. Lastly when I arrived at my unit on move in day I felt safe within the premises and they provided me with a lock and 3 keys. I’ve been very satisfied with my experience here, the one thing that may bother some people is remembering to pay your bill each month due to the fact they don’t send out monthly reminders. It’s not an issue with me because I write my monthly expenses down so I have the satisfaction of crossing things off as they are paid but to some it may be bothersome.

I brought my RV to store here on July 11th. The customer service was excellent! They were friendly, attentive, explained everything thoroughly, and were extremely fast. It has a convenient location just off 81, and you can't beat the price. I would recommend this storage place to anyone looking for storage.
